Helensburgh Christmas Lights switch on.

Thanks again to all my riders on Sunday. You were the loudest bunch so far. So much screaming! And that was just the Dads! I had a great time and I think you all did too. Sorry I couldn't manage to get everyone a go, but I'm sure the cosybike will be back in Helensburgh soon. And remember if you can't wait until the next event, you can hire the bike for a birthday party or a wedding or whatever you can think of. Keep an eye on the Helensburgh Advertiser some of you might be appearing in there with any Luck.

Quotes of the day

Euan Bell age 7? - "This is living Hell!" (Big grin, pedalling like mad and ringing the bell)

"Can you come to my Birthday on the 22nd of September 2008 at 1pm please?"

Cosybike would love to. I wish I was that organised and planned that far ahead

Cosybike mixes with the famous again. Some years it's Morgan Freeman and Jet Li, others it's Football Managers. Surely I'm allowed to name drop on occasion? Did I tell you I know "Raven" and "Miss Hoolie" too!

Kinetic Art meets Artistic Engineering. Cosybike to the rescue!

What do you do when you have 8 cases of kinetic sculpture that needs delivered to a shop window in the merchant city? When cosybike heard The Sharmanka Gallery were planning to shift the cases 5 blocks by hand, cosybike stepped in and offered them use of the Cosywagon. Little did Eduard, Tatiana, Sergey, Misha and Kerry (Token Scottish girl) know that logistical excercises could be so much fun. Obviously the bike had to come out to get the cases in! They are natural conference bike riders and Eduard had the engineering sussed within seconds. The cases were shifted in no time and you will see the results at the top end of Albion street over Christmas.

This gave me an idea for a very special day out and one you could only get with cosybike. How about a tour of Glasgow green and the Merchant city on the bike, lunch at the Peoples Palace then delivery by conference bike to a special show at The Sharmanka Gallery? Just for you. 07789 912 462 to book. Its magic! The Sharmanka Gallery is one of Glasgow's hidden gems.

Woo Hoo! The Commonwealth Games is coming!

Although we nearly missed the announcement because of a cockup by the BBC! At our works party at my real job, our Compere was still teaching the appropriate win or lose response to our 200 excited schoolchildren when the pyros fired and Alex Salmond started hugging other politicians. That's a sight not to be seen! (only kidding Alex)

Cosybike signed up to back the bid and I'm sure we will busy that year. So book ahead now for 2014. Cosybiking might even be a competing event by then!

Other news
This pedicab company are about to launch in Glasgow soon. With a bit of support from all and the pending C'wealth Games maybe we can Get Glasgow City Council to allow Licensing of Pedicabs.
